Artisan Bread School returns to Foster’s Mill in Swaffham Prior, just outside the historic and world famous University city of Cambridge UK, for a two-day course in the Mill’s fabulous new kitchen.
Foster’s is a fully working windmill supplying flour to many local bakers as well as specialist distributors. During the class we usually have a guided tour of the Mill itself.
