The course takes place in The Breadery, on an 80 acre farm in Willsboro, in the Adirondack Mountains of Upper New York State. The Breadery is owned and run by Alumni of Artisan Bread School and has both wood-fired and a convection ovens. Set in magnificent scenery, the Farm has South facing pastures and frontage on the Boquet River.
