To reserve for the course, please fill out an application. A 50% deposit is required.

The balance of the fee is due no later than 15 February 2008.

After 16 February 2008 the full fee is payable when the application is accepted.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to 15 February 2008 will receive a refund of one-half of the deposit. As of 16 February 2008 no deposit refunds will be made.

No refunds can be made after payment of the full fee. However, the registrant can designate another person to use the reserved space in the course.

Extended stays
If students would like to arrive early or stay longer, the School Director will make the appropriate arrangements and payment should made to the School Director.

Non-participating guests
Students are welcome to bring partners and other non-participants. Each accompanying non-participant will be charged 40 € per night for accommodation and evening meal with wine.
