To reserve for the course, please fill out an application. The deposit is required to secure your place on the course.

The balance of the fee is due no later than 15 February 2010.

After 16 February 2010 the full fee is payable when the application is accepted.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to 15 February 2010 will receive a refund of one-half of the deposit. As of 16 February 2010 no deposit refunds will be made.

No refunds can be made after payment of the full fee. However, the registrant can designate another person to use the reserved space on the course.

Extended stays
If students would like to arrive early or stay longer, the School Director will make the appropriate arrangements and payment should made to the School Director. The charge is € 55 per night for accommodation, breakfast and evening meal with wine per person.

Non-participating guests
Students are welcome to bring partners and other non-participants. Each accompanying non-participant will be charged € 55 per night for accommodation, breakfast and evening meal with wine per person..
