Over the two days we’ll create a sourdough leaven, make sourdough breads & yeasted bread, including a French sourdough from the Ardeche as well as focaccia; all using flours from Foster’s Mill, Shipton Mill & Doyotte Mill, in France. Included in the course fee are: all ingredients, course recipes and notes, two lunches as well as dinner on 6 May at The Dyke’s End at Reach.
